The TITANIUM RALLY design turns red black into a practical Honda race identity. Clear personalised information matters as much as the overall appearance, so the set avoids filling every panel with unnecessary wording. Once the correct motorcycle is known, the same direction is redistributed to suit the actual shapes rather than forced into one fixed arrangement.
TITANIUM RALLY fit and personalisation
The preview does not mean one shape fits every Honda. For TITANIUM RALLY, the submitted model and year are matched with the appropriate template, then the rider details are positioned around the real bodywork. Engine size also helps prevent a visually similar but incompatible plastic generation from being selected.
21 mil layered motocross material
The colour is carried by an aggressive 6 mil film equipped with air-release channels. Above it sits a 15 mil premium laminate, producing an approximate overall thickness of 21 mil. This construction gives the decals body and helps shield the printed face during transport, track use and careful pressure washing.
Compatible kit coverage
The goal is a connected TITANIUM RALLY finish across all suitable panels. Coverage generally reaches the radiator shrouds, front and side number zones, airbox, fenders, fork protectors and swingarm. The rider name and race number are part of the design, not separate generic labels placed on top.
Preparation and colour note
Take time with the TITANIUM RALLY application. Start from clean plastics, verify orientation and let the air-release channels support a gradual press-down. Heat can soften the film around shaped areas, but excess temperature or stretching can distort it. Physical colour should be judged under real light, not from one screen alone.
