TITANIUM ZENITH pairs vivid lime with black for a Honda graphic that is easy to distinguish at speed. Dark sections keep the fluorescent-looking colour controlled, while the race number receives a clean visual frame. The design feels technical and modern without depending on copied sponsor graphics.
Custom fit begins with accurate data
Provide the exact Honda or CRF model designation, production year, engine size or capacity, rider name and race number. These are not optional notes because Honda plastics and proportions change between generations. We use the information to choose the appropriate template and balance the personalised details across the actual bodywork.
The colour is printed on a 6 mil adhesive film, then protected with a 15 mil clear laminate. Combined thickness is approximately 21 mil. This layered construction creates a substantial surface intended for routine motocross riding, cleaning, dirt exposure and expected contact with boots and equipment.
Compatible panels and fitting
The supplied model determines the final contents. Coverage can include radiator shrouds, front and side number boards, airbox areas, fenders, fork guards and compatible swingarm sections. Rider name and number are integrated during layout so they follow the same geometry as the lime and black artwork.
Clean the plastics until no old glue, oil, fuel residue, wax, polish or silicone remains. Allow every surface to dry before positioning. Start with major alignment points, apply pressure gradually and use modest heat only on difficult curves. Lime tones are especially sensitive to screen settings and surrounding light, so the finished laminated print can differ slightly from the digital preview.
