It gives the number and name priority, then uses the remaining surfaces to hold the bike together visually. The reference motorcycle demonstrates the idea, not a universal cut pattern, because each order is tied to its own plastics.
TURBO AXIS fit and personalisation
The final TURBO AXIS file is tied to the motorcycle named in the order. We confirm Honda model, year and capacity before placing the personal details. This sequence gives the number a usable area and allows the surrounding graphic elements to be adjusted for genuine contours, openings and attachment points.
21 mil layered motocross material
The print layer uses aggressive 6 mil adhesive film with air-release channels, then receives a clear 15 mil overlaminate. Together they create an approximate 21 mil construction. This layered build is intended to protect colour during off-road use, including exposure to sunlight, regular washing, dirt, roost and contact from riding gear.
Compatible kit coverage
The TURBO AXIS package is planned across the main compatible plastic surfaces rather than one isolated panel. Typical coverage includes shrouds, number plates, airbox panels, front and rear fenders, fork guards and swingarm positions. Personal details are integrated during design; restricted third-party marks are not copied.
Preparation and colour note
Before applying TURBO AXIS, remove previous adhesive and degrease every panel without leaving a waxed residue. Place the graphic lightly first, then build pressure as alignment is confirmed. Use heat carefully at compound curves. The final printed palette may look a little different under daylight than it does on screen.
