A clean fit depends on more than the brand name. TURBO RALLY is prepared after the exact CRF model, year and capacity are confirmed, together with the name and number. The design can move slightly between generations so that its recognisable character survives without forcing artwork across unsuitable panel areas.
21 mil layered motocross material
Beneath the finished design is a 6 mil adhesive print film; over the top is a 15 mil clear protective laminate. Their approximate 21 mil combined thickness gives the kit a firm, professional feel. It is designed to cope with the dirt, sunlight and repeated cleaning that a motocross motorcycle encounters.
Compatible kit coverage
A TURBO RALLY order is prepared to make the separate Honda panels read as one kit. Compatible coverage normally links shrouds and number boards with airbox, fender, fork guard and swingarm graphics. Rider name and number customisation are standard parts of the brief, not last-minute additions.
Preparation and colour note
Install TURBO RALLY only after old glue, grease, wax and silicone have been removed from the plastics. Test alignment before firm pressure and use moderate heat around difficult curves rather than stretching the vinyl aggressively. Screen settings and real lighting can make printed colours appear slightly different from the preview.
