VECTOR SURGE fit and personalisation
VECTOR SURGE is not a pre-cut universal bundle. The supplied Honda model and year lead us to the correct template, with engine capacity used as an additional check. Name and number placement follows the shapes of that set, giving the finished graphics a more deliberate and usable layout.
21 mil layered motocross material
Durability comes from two separate layers: a 6 mil high-tack printable vinyl and a 15 mil transparent protective laminate. The combined thickness is about 21 mil. Air-release technology helps during positioning, while the outer layer takes much of the abrasion, UV exposure and cleaning associated with motocross use.
Compatible kit coverage
VECTOR SURGE is arranged for full compatible coverage, with the actual components governed by the Honda model and plastics. The usual set combines shrouds, number panels, airbox sections, both fenders, fork guards and swingarm decals. Personalisation is included; protected marks require appropriate authorisation.
Preparation and colour note
When installing VECTOR SURGE, use clean panels and patient alignment rather than excessive heat. Press the film in stages so air can leave through the channels, then inspect the edges once the piece has settled. Variations between monitor calibration and the actual printed material may be visible.
