Supply the exact Honda or CRF model designation, model year, engine capacity, rider name and race number. Mention aftermarket or mixed-year plastics before artwork preparation. Those details allow the appropriate template to be checked around the vents, fasteners and edges of the fitted panels.
The printed graphic uses a 6 mil adhesive film with a 15 mil clear laminate, giving an approximately 21 mil nominal layered construction. The protective surface is intended for normal motocross use, dirt, washing and expected contact from riding equipment. It is not scratch-proof, and proper preparation remains important.
Coverage and application
Depending on the confirmed model and bodywork, coverage can include radiator shrouds, front and side number boards, airbox panels, both fenders, fork guards and compatible swingarm sections. Check the exact included pieces before approval. The graphics listing does not include the motorcycle or new plastics.
Remove old adhesive and prepare clean, dry panels without oil, wax, polish, fuel residue or silicone products. Establish alignment before applying full pressure and use controlled warmth only as advised for the material. Avoid pulling the directional artwork out of proportion. Printed red and black tones can differ from a backlit screen.
