VERTEX RALLY fit and personalisation
Before VERTEX RALLY reaches the printer, the bike information is reviewed against the available plastic templates. The Honda model, production year and engine size guide the outlines, while the rider name and race number guide the hierarchy. This is how the personalised parts remain readable on the finished motorcycle.
21 mil layered motocross material
A high-adhesion 6 mil base holds the printed colour, and a separate 15 mil clear laminate protects it. This brings the graphic stack to roughly 21 mil. The system is selected for motorcycle plastics, where edges, impact, grime and regular washing demand more protection than standard sign vinyl provides.
Compatible kit coverage
The exact VERTEX RALLY piece list follows the compatible Honda plastics, but the intention is broad visual coverage. It can combine radiator shrouds and number boards with airbox, fender, fork guard and swingarm graphics. Rider name and number are included in the artwork. Optional marks are used only from suitable files and with permission.
Preparation and colour note
Good preparation has a direct effect on the life of VERTEX RALLY. Work on clean, dry plastics at a suitable temperature, confirm the position of each piece and press from the centre outward. Controlled warmth can assist shaped areas. Minor colour differences between a backlit display and physical print are normal.
