VERTEX SURGE uses white red to give Honda bodywork a deliberate custom identity. The visual priority is the rider’s number, supported by consistent colour across the main panels. No universal sheet is pulled from stock: sizing and placement are prepared around the motorcycle information entered for the order.
VERTEX SURGE fit and personalisation
The working file for VERTEX SURGE begins with the full Honda specification. Model, year and engine capacity identify the required outlines; rider name and race number then determine how the key zones are used. We review the fit around openings and hardware before print so personal information is not sacrificed during installation.
21 mil layered motocross material
We print on a 6 mil adhesive base designed to hold on prepared motorcycle plastics. A premium 15 mil clear laminate seals the printed surface, bringing the total build to roughly 21 mil. The result feels substantially different from thin decorative vinyl and is prepared for mud, washing, sunlight and boot rub.
Compatible kit coverage
The goal is a connected VERTEX SURGE finish across all suitable panels. Coverage generally reaches the radiator shrouds, front and side number zones, airbox, fenders, fork protectors and swingarm. The rider name and race number are part of the design, not separate generic labels placed on top.
Preparation and colour note
Treat surface preparation as the first stage of the VERTEX SURGE installation. Remove glue, grease and detailing residue, let the panels dry and check orientation before applying pressure. Work gradually so air channels can function, adding only gentle warmth on shaped sections. Printed colour may shift slightly between indoor light, daylight and a calibrated screen.
