Order preparation requires the exact Honda or CRF model designation, production year, engine size or capacity, rider name and race number. We use these inputs to select the matching plastic template and refine the layout around the vents, mounting points and proportions of the supplied generation.
The printed layer is a 6 mil adhesive film. It receives a 15 mil clear laminate, creating an approximately 21 mil total material thickness. This construction provides a substantial protected surface intended for regular motocross use, routine washing, dirt and expected contact with the bike.
Model-specific contents
Available coverage depends on the exact motorcycle. Compatible kits can include radiator shrouds, front and side number panels, airbox sections, front and rear fenders, fork guards and selected swingarm graphics. Rider name and number are integrated before printing and balanced for the available panel space.
Prepare each plastic by removing previous adhesive and all traces of oil, fuel film, wax, polish and silicone cleaner. Let the surface dry, check the main alignment points and press the material down gradually. Controlled warmth can help on tight contours, but the print should not be overstretched. Magenta and red may reproduce differently across screens, and real-world lighting also changes their appearance.
