VOLTAGE AXIS gives the Honda plastics a measured red black identity with enough contrast for the personalised number to do useful visual work. The kit is conceived as one connected set, so colour and rider details continue across the panels without depending on generic racing slogans. The picture introduces the direction, while real production follows the ordered motorcycle.
VOLTAGE AXIS fit and personalisation
Before VOLTAGE AXIS reaches the printer, the bike information is reviewed against the available plastic templates. The Honda model, production year and engine size guide the outlines, while the rider name and race number guide the hierarchy. This is how the personalised parts remain readable on the finished motorcycle.
21 mil layered motocross material
Approximately 21 mil of material sits between the printed face and prepared plastic: 6 mil of aggressive adhesive media below and 15 mil of clear protective laminate above. Air-release channels help control the first placement. The outer layer then provides the main defence against ordinary scuffing, roost, sun and cleaning.
Compatible kit coverage
VOLTAGE AXIS is arranged for full compatible coverage, with the actual components governed by the Honda model and plastics. The usual set combines shrouds, number panels, airbox sections, both fenders, fork guards and swingarm decals. Personalisation is included; protected marks require appropriate authorisation.
Preparation and colour note
Lay out the VOLTAGE AXIS pieces before fitting and verify that every panel is clean. Initial contact should be light enough to correct position; final pressure comes after edges and reference points agree. Moderate heat can assist tight curves, but should not replace careful alignment. Monitor settings cannot represent physical ink and laminate perfectly.
