Protective construction and application
Artwork is carried by 6 mil adhesive print film and shielded with 15 mil clear laminate, resulting in approximately 21 mil total thickness. Align the largest reference edges, tack the film lightly, and smooth it down progressively rather than pressing the entire piece at once. A little controlled heat can soften the material at curves. Once positioned, apply firm pressure around recesses and outer edges, let the panels rest, and avoid an immediate wash.
