Ember Shard custom KTM kit
Ember Shard takes the familiar KTM orange base and gives it a tighter, more technical edge. Black slashes direct the eye along the plastics, white number fields create breathing room, and restrained red-orange layers add depth without crowding the motorcycle. A small mxkits.shop detail sits low in the composition as the sole branded element.
Example number and personal proof
The shown 59 is only an example and will be replaced by the buyer's chosen race number. That sample combines a bold black face, clipped corners, a strong white inner contour, a narrow orange perimeter and a compact shadow. The same visual rules will be interpreted for your digits so they remain clear from a distance. Your rider name is included in the personalization stage, not copied from the display bike.
Fitment starts with accurate details
To prepare the artwork, we require the exact KTM model, year, plastics generation or bodywork, engine size or capacity, rider name and race number. KTM panel shapes vary, so this product image is a style reference rather than a promise of fitment to an unstated bike. Model-dependent coverage can include radiator shrouds, front and side plates, airbox areas, front and rear fenders, fork guards and swingarm pieces. The confirmed template determines which parts belong in the complete set.
Materials and application
Ember Shard is printed on 6 mil adhesive print film and finished beneath 15 mil clear laminate, producing approximately 21 mil total thickness. Begin installation with bare plastics that are clean, dry and free from silicone, oil or adhesive remnants. Test the position of each graphic against its cut lines. Secure a small central zone, smooth toward the perimeter, and lift gently if an early correction is needed. Low, controlled warmth can assist on recessed areas. Finish by pressing edges firmly, then wait before exposing the kit to washing or hard use.
