The shown 59 is only an example and will be replaced by the buyer's chosen race number. On the display bike, the rear-panel number features a white face, dark inner line, red-orange perimeter and small yellow notch. We build the purchaser's number with the same purposeful rhythm and add the submitted rider name during the review stage.
Data needed to select the template
Give us the exact KTM model, year, plastics generation or bodywork, engine size or capacity, rider name and race number. Factory Pulse is not tied to an implied fitment year simply because a KTM appears in the image. The confirmed motorcycle template governs full-kit coverage, which can include shrouds, front number plate, side plates, airbox areas, front and rear fenders, fork guards and swingarm decals. Some models use a different combination of pieces.
Production layers and installation tips
A 6 mil adhesive print film forms the printed base and a 15 mil clear laminate protects it, adding up to approximately 21 mil total thickness. Install only after the plastic is stripped of old vinyl, sticky residue, grease and cleaning-product film. Keep both the panel and decal warm enough to remain workable. Study the outline, peel a limited section of backing, and establish alignment without sealing the whole piece too soon. Push the graphic down steadily from the chosen anchor toward free edges. Use gentle heat around bends and cavities, avoiding excessive stretching. When the surface has cooled, press the edges and tight contours again. Let the adhesive establish before washing or taking the bike onto the track.
