Tell us exactly which KTM you ride
We require the exact KTM model, year, plastics generation or bodywork, engine size or capacity, rider name and race number. The visual does not represent a guaranteed fitment for an unstated motorcycle. With the proper template identified, model-specific full coverage can include the shrouds, front plate, side number panels, airbox decals, front and rear fenders, fork guards and swingarm sections. The set may differ because KTM plastics are not identical across the range.
Material stack and considered installation
The custom print uses 6 mil adhesive print film, topped with 15 mil clear laminate for approximately 21 mil total thickness. Give the installation the same care as the artwork. Remove previous vinyl and soften residual glue with a plastic-safe method. Wash, degrease and fully dry each component before checking the fit of its corresponding piece. Establish a reference line, expose the adhesive gradually and press from the secured area toward open edges. Moderate heat is useful for shaped sections, though overheating can make accurate placement harder. After cooling, inspect borders, corners and recesses, applying fresh pressure where necessary. Keep the motorcycle dry and stationary while the adhesive begins to set.
