Send the exact KTM model, year, plastics generation or bodywork, engine size or capacity, rider name and race number. This rendering illustrates a design theme and is not a universal fitment image. We do not assign unconfirmed years or models. Coverage is determined by the correct template and can include shrouds, front plate, side number plates, airbox sections, both fenders, fork guards and swingarm graphics when those pieces suit the supplied motorcycle.
Construction and careful fitting
A 6 mil adhesive print film carries the artwork, while a 15 mil clear laminate protects the surface. Together they create approximately 21 mil total thickness. For a clean installation, work in a warm, dust-free area and wash the plastics thoroughly. Remove wax, fuel residue and old glue before aligning the decal. Tack a central area first, press outward in short passes, and use moderate heat only where a contour requires it. Recheck all edges after the film cools and give the bond time to develop before the first ride.
