Retro Flare KTM graphics
Retro Flare looks back to late-nineties motocross styling without reproducing an old team motorcycle. Smoky orange gradients, high-contrast white panels and oversized black movement provide the period atmosphere through color and form. Historical sponsor references stay out of the artwork, and a quiet mxkits.shop line remains as the only signature. The result feels nostalgic on a personal build.
Period-inspired, rider-specific number
The shown 59 is only an example and will be replaced by the buyer's chosen race number. The preview number has broad, slightly rounded race geometry with a slim orange contour on the rear side plate. Your digits will adopt that era-aware style without sacrificing clarity. We also arrange the rider name supplied for the order.
Fitment information comes first
Provide the exact KTM model, year, plastics generation or bodywork, engine size or capacity, rider name and race number. The rendering previews the Retro Flare theme and must not be interpreted as a claim for an unspecified year or model. Correct panel data determines the complete package. According to the KTM template, it can include radiator shrouds, front and side number plates, airbox panels, fenders, fork guards and swingarm graphics.
Layer specification and application process
The artwork is printed onto 6 mil adhesive print film, then protected by 15 mil clear laminate, making approximately 21 mil total thickness. Do not install over dirt, polish, oil or old adhesive. Start by removing existing graphics and preparing every plastic panel until it is completely clean and dry. Sort the pieces, compare their profiles and plan the alignment before uncovering the sticky surface. Attach a small reference section and smooth the rest down gradually, keeping a clear route for air to leave. Apply limited heat when the film needs to settle into a curved shape. Once everything has cooled, work around edges and recesses with firm pressure and give the new graphics time to adhere before use.
