KTM Shadow Spark Graphics Kit
Shadow Spark uses black and graphite as a quiet base, then breaks through it with vivid KTM-orange cuts. The sharp accents give the side panels movement while the dark body of the design maintains a compact, aggressive look. Open sections support clear race information and keep the result distinct from a logo-heavy replica scheme.

The 59 displayed on the example is not a fixed production number. It is replaced by the race number requested by the buyer. Send the exact KTM model, production year, engine size or capacity, plastics generation or fitted bodywork, rider name and number. This information controls both the cut template and the proportions of the personalised artwork.
Shadow Spark is made from a 6 mil adhesive print film with a 15 mil clear laminate applied above it. Combined thickness is approximately 21 mil. The layered construction creates a substantial protected surface for the black, graphite and orange print during expected motocross riding, dirt exposure, routine cleaning and contact around the motorcycle.
Panels and installation approach
Exact kit coverage follows the selected model and plastics. Where compatible, a full set can cover radiator shrouds, front and side number plates, airbox areas, front and rear fenders, fork guards and suitable swingarm sections. Names and numbers are integrated into the space available on those confirmed parts.
Take off previous graphics and remove glue, grease, oil, wax, polish, fuel residue and silicone cleaner. Let the bodywork dry fully, establish alignment along the important edges and apply each piece gradually. Use controlled heat only to help the film settle around a difficult contour, without overstretching it. Orange and graphite tones can shift slightly between calibrated print, laminate reflections and the customer's display.
