KTM TIMBERLINE Graphics Kit combines traditional KTM orange with matte-looking black sections and a warm wood-grain effect. The natural texture adds depth without turning the motorcycle into a novelty design. From normal viewing distance it reads as a strong orange and black race kit, while closer inspection reveals the fine timber pattern running through selected panels and number-board accents.

The displayed motorcycle is used to demonstrate the theme. Your order is not limited to the exact bike or year shown. We adapt Timberline to the KTM details you provide, including the model, manufacturing year and engine capacity. Since each generation has different curves, openings and panel sizes, texture direction and graphic boundaries are adjusted to suit the correct template. This keeps the wood pattern flowing logically across the motorcycle rather than ending awkwardly at panel edges.

The printed graphics are engineered as an approximately 21 mil package. A 6 mil high-tack film carries the detailed texture and includes air-release channels to assist installation. A 15 mil protective clear overlaminate adds thickness and shields the print from scratching, sunlight, mud, cleaning and contact with riding boots. This strong layered build is intended for motocross and enduro conditions where ordinary decorative vinyl is too thin.

Coverage is prepared for the major plastic areas available on the chosen KTM. The set generally includes the two radiator shrouds, number plates, airbox decals, front and rear fender pieces, fork guard graphics and swingarm sections. Model-specific limitations may affect individual parts. Your rider name and race number are worked into the texture with contrast chosen for readability, so the personalisation appears intentional rather than added later.

Provide complete bike and rider data when ordering. If additional marks are requested, send clean vector files where possible; approval depends on trademark rules and practical print quality. For installation, start with undamaged, grease-free plastics and apply at a moderate temperature. The laminated wood effect can reflect light differently from a computer preview, and small differences in colour or grain appearance should be expected in the physical product.
